According to a recent press release, Ag-Pro Companies has acquired four new stores in the Metro Atlanta area, which will make the company one of the largest John Deere dealers in the United States with a total of 29 locations across four states.
Ag-Pro acquired Fayette Tractor and Lawn Equipment Solutions, both with two locations each, allowing the company to serve all market segments, from the consumer to corporate farms. These purchases will broaden the company’s reach in the Atlanta area, one of the nation’s largest markets in the professional lawn care and commercial mowing segments.
Fayette Tractor is a John Deere dealer organization with locations in Newman and Fayetteville, Georgia, providing John Deere Tractors, turf equipment, and Gator utility vehicles, as well as a wide range of additional product lines. Lawn Equipment Solutions has locations in Grayson and Conyers, Georgia, carrying similar product lines as Fayette Tractor.
James Groover, CEO of Ag-Pro Companies, stated in the release, "Our expansion across the Atlanta area marks Ag-Pro's commitment to all market segments while providing a unique opportunity to serve customers in the largest turf market in the nation.
