A Kansas machinery dealer that sells John Deere machinery is preparing to move next month to a bigger location, according to the Kansas City Business Journal.

The new location for Murphy Tractor & Equipment, which will open February 21, is slated for 8600 N.E. Parvin Road. Moving day, which is scheduled for February 18, will see the 1601 Corrington Ave. location it closed.

"We have outgrown our old facility," Candace Conrad, the marketing director, told the publication.

Based in Wichita, Murphy Tractor & Equipment will ease into a new home that nearly triples the size of the old home. Nearly 10 acres of land will host the 45,000 square foot store, which will have 11 service bays.

Customer loyalty enabled expanding into a larger home, Region manager Matt McNett told the publication.

The company sells Deere construction equipment and other brands of tools, equipment, trailers, tools and other similar machinery. Murphy Tractor & Equipment is one of North America's largest Deere dealers with 24 locations in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Ohio.
