Five new bale spears have been added to the Worksite Pro attachments lineup.

John Deere has announced that it has expanded its line of Worksite Pro attachments. The additions include two silage defacers (AD7 and AD11), five bale spears (AB21, AB31, AB32, AB42, and AB43) a bale hugger (AH80) and an angle-tatch (AT14).

All of the new attachments will be compatible with John Deere skid steers, compact track loaders and compact wheel loaders that have a skid steer style Quick-Tatch™ coupler.

"From the ground up, we’ve been committed to advancing our Worksite Pro attachment offerings and are proud to expand our line for our agriculture customers," said Gregg Zupancic, product marketing manager at John Deere Construction & Forestry. "Recognizing how interwoven machine performance is with productivity in the field, these new attachment solutions were designed to help reduce cost and maximize yield."

The AD7 and AD11 are being marketed as an ideal solution for the removal of haylage and silage from bunkers. They allow operators to loosen silage while maintaining a smooth, compacted bunker.

The five new bale spear attachments are designed for loading, carrying and stacking bales up to 4,000 pounds for even more efficiency. They are available in three different configurations of single, dual or triple for various bale sizes.

The AH80 bale hugger has round tubing for maximum durability, and it can handle up to 2,400 pounds at a time.
