John Deere has released a new line of tractors that will help farmers increase their output in the coming growing season. The new 8360RT Tractor comes complete with new technological advances and modifications while still providing the same power and reliability of the older 8400T model.

The John Deere 8400T Tractor was originally released in 1997 and was made for three years before the release of the 8410T model. The farm equipment was produced at the company's main plant in Waterloo, Iowa, according to Tractor Data.

Part of the John Deere Track Tractor line, as the more traditional wheels that are found on most models have been replaced, the 8400T comes with a track-based system for better grip.

The 1997 8400T Tractor comes with a fuel capacity of 130 gallons and a hydraulic system of 65 gallons. The six-cylinder engine gives the machine a PTO of 255 horsepower, according to Tractor Data.

Weighing in at more than 25,000 pounds, the 8400T has a rear life capacity of 15,650 pounds and more than 1000 rear RPMs. The solid and wide foundation of the vehicle allows it to sustain a significant amount of weight.

The newer John Deere 8360RT Tractor retains some of the more effective parts of the older model, like the track system and power, but uses the latest technology to help the farmer improve comfort and effectiveness.

Weighing in at 35,160 pounds, the 8360RT is the largest in the 8RT series of track tractors from John Deere. The engine in the massive machine can produce up to 360 horsepower and is dual turbocharged and liquid cooled, according to Tractor Review.

The standard 25 inch tracks are used to provide increased traction and grip, but there are 30 inch options that are available. These also can help with wet surfaces and allow the driver to make a zero radius turn.

A rear life capacity of 19,300 pounds is a standard feature of the 8360RT Tractor, and the PTO at a rated RPM is 295 horsepower.

The 8360RT Tractor also features the newest technology that John Deere uses, as the CommandView II cab, inboard planetary final drive and AirCushion suspension system are all standard for the model.
