Registration has officially opened for the 2016 Annual Commodity Classic, the country’s largest farmer-led and farmer-focused convention and trade show. The event will be held in New Orleans, La., between March 3 and 5 at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

John Deere will be one of the many exhibitors at the event. This year, a main stage area will be set up to host a wide range of educational sessions. Farmers from across the country are expected to attend to learn the latest management practices and more about agricultural technology.

The educational sessions featured at the Commodity Classic will focus on innovation, policy, regulations, and utilizing technology to impact profitability. Attendees who pay for admission will be able to sit in on all educational sessions.

“Mini sessions” will also be hosted this year, giving attendees the opportunity to engage in five-minute, back-to-back presentations within a 90-minute window.

In addition to learning about the latest developments in agriculture, the Commodity Classic is designed to give attendees a chance to hear from industry leaders and network with other farmers.

Registration comes with full trade show access, including an opportunity to attend main stage presentations throughout the event. Attendees will also have complimentary access to some of the video recordings taken at the event. On-site registration for the event will begin on March 2.
