According to the news source, state employee Kevin Pantle noticed a car buried in snow beside a nearly-covered home as he drove around Ryan Park conducting the government research. State workers took note of the depth of the wintry precipitation as well as the volume of water trapped inside. From the data recorded on April 28th for the town, they found that there was three times more water as compared to the locale's 30-year average.
An inn-owner in Ryan Park, Dale Kirkley, told the media outlet that he has motored his six-foot John Deere snow blower around his business for 240 hours this winter.
